I grew up in Colorado, traveling often. Then as an adult, lived in Maryland, Nebraska, North Carolina, Texas, and England. Living different places shaped my perspective; as has my internal journey and experience.
Since a child, I’ve loved reading and art. Now, I’m creating and being created by the transformative power of art in many forms.
I do see that every person is an artist in some way. Through this and other truths, so much healing can happen in our relationships.
I have a certificate in Creative Writing and for years wrote Arts & Culture pieces for a local paper. You'll find some of that, along with other incisive yet gentle blog posts here. I value poetry and insight as equals.
